Golf Balls

I love the sound of this. The whole bass smash and tons of percussion dealy. It's also loud and overall hyper, maybe a bit slower than most DNB.

Reminds me of the game Heli Attack 3 under www.miniclip.com/heliattack3.htm and I do not know why.

Doesn't have much melody or ambience to it, but it works without it really well. It does have a heavy ParagonX9 feel to it.

Good job man,

Thanks for the review man! I love your stuff. Why does my music remind you of that game? Haha. Whatever.

Thanks,

It Never Comes!

Great song, good quality, good melody, good bass. The hi-hat seems intrusive at times. I see potential in this for a lot of harmonic development, but it never comes! Couldn't you just shift the bass down 4 semitones and then up 2? Maybe add some pads? Play around with the melody? It seems like the whole song is a great build-up to something HUGE!

I would be more than willing to collab with you on this tune!

Always-Dark responds:

Im glad you liked the tune. really i made this out of frustration because another song i was working on didn't come out like i wanted it.
I do feel like i could've added some pads, gate a few things, add more leads and use some more fx sounds but i just didn't. I feel bad now.

Hey, i'd be happy to let you collab with me on this song. I would enjoy seeying how someone else would take it from here.

Hot Rhythms!

I did know the snare drum sounds that good without the snare! This proves that further. I love it when the drums speed up and the bass starts hitting wildly.

You have a lot of drumming skill and I also don't really agree with the people that fake drums solos on software. Unless of course this is done as an intergral part of a song with more elements.

Don't worry about what the other guy said, giving yourself 5's is ok, as long as you do it:

-when your song has 0 after it's no longer on the front page

-when your song has been unfairly voted; this clearly shouldn't get lower than a 3

Giving yourself a 5 is only permitted because it's the only way to fight back after being treated unfairly; this way you have a chance to get back up and become heard again.

Rhythm Has No Point...

It's rather hard to make out the time changes. I love that synth at the end!!!!

Oh man, I'm glad you like it, I can't wait to use the mutar in a song myself, haha it sounds soooo good! You need to finish aceline too, it needs to be heard, it's that good.

Dear Artist

I am delighted to hear this level of professionalism. You obviously have access to advanced EQ and mastering, along with the ability to create great synths. Though I would have preferred more harmony in this piece, the overall clean sound easily compensate.

It would be great if you dropped by my side of the site and reviewed one of the two songs that currently sit there. Tips and criticism wanted on the clarity for when I finally get a good mastering suite.

Like A Love Story

Some parts of the song really reminded me of a revolutionary or love scene in a movie. Something where you're meant to not as much cry as be inspired. A little more reverb would have helped. And not using FRUITY KICK! Hahahaa. Try playing around with some of the chords to make it more of a "crying". But enough criticism; it was mellow and easy to listen to. Well done.

Thanks for the review! I don't think i used the defaults on this one...but i might have, would have to check. If i did, oops! And its intended to inspire (and maybe produce a tear haha) and you could probably tell where the inspiration came. but anyways thanks for a review!

This s a Title and I have a Penis

The intro is really effective. I totally agree with Rucklo on the piercing open hat, but I'm a likin' that bass hardcore and it compliments the hat, so it's cool. The reverb makes the bass so stadium-worthy! Good motives coming from a combination of pad and the coveted bass.

To you as an artist, you've really developed an illin' style. ATB has his skipping rhythms and trademark mute guitar, Benassi has the volume modulation and saw bass, van Dyk has deep emotional trance in all it's club'ness and Tiƫsto is highly rhythmic and commercial. Now here's Runaway with his German Dance revolution! I see you at the top of the ladder, bro!

P.S. As soon as my audio is accepted prepare for my comeback :) Good luck with everything!
